Adding Multiple Existing Residents to Properties by Spreadsheet

To start using any Renter Insight product, you must first add a property and unit. 
If you would like to add more than 10 residents  at once, you can do this using a simple spreadsheet. 

Properties must be added prior to adding residents.

1. Select Properties on the left sidebar
   

1. Click on the Add Existing Resident+ button
   

1. Choose Individual, Or File Upload if you need to upload more then 10 residents
   

1. Select the Add Resident Template
   
2. You can also choose the Add Property Template if you need to add
   multiple properties
   

1. Please Input Property Name and Unit Numbers Exactly as they were entered in
   Renter Insight, along with all highlighted headers
   
2. Return file to support@renterinsight.com
   
3. Residents will be uploaded within 24 business hours
   
4. All residents will be invited to the Renter Insight Resident Portal where they can
   pay rent, submit maintenance requests and communicate with the property
