Adding a Lead

Adding a Lead is a good way to capture lead information when you quickly want to save information,
but may not be ready to send an application.  After creating a lead, you can invite the lead to apply which
will convert the lead to an applicant.
  1. On the left sidebar, select Leasing>Leads
  2. Click Add Lead
  1. Complete New Lead Form

  2. Click Save Lead

Communicating with Lead

  1. You can easily send a message to a Lead

  2. On the left sidebar, select Communication

  3. Click New Message

  1. Select the Property the Lead is interested in

  2. Choose the Lead
  3. Choose how you want to send the message
  4. Click Send Message


  1. Your message is sent to your Lead and they will receive an email, text and have a copy of the
    communication in their Chat once they create a resident portal account


Convert Lead to Applicant

If you would like to start to application process for a Lead, it is very simple
  1. On the left sidebar, select Leasing>Leads
  2. Either click on the three dot menu and choose Invite to Apply

    OR

  3.  Click on the Lead Name and click Invite to Apply under Leads

  1. Complete Application Information

  2. Click Send Application Request
  3. Your Lead will receive an Application to complete

  1. Your Lead has now been converted to an Applicant and can be found under
    Applications

  2. You will be notified via email when the application has been completed
