Change Rent Collection Bank Account
Learn how to change the bank rent payments are deposited to.
These changes must be made directly with Zego, our payment processor.
Your administrator received Zego login credentials when you were activated for rent collection.
Go
to the ‘Secure Drop Box’ section and upload the new banking information along
with the last 4 digits of the current bank account you would like to replace
This
will then be securely sent to our support team to update and they will email
you as soon as it is complete
Please note: Once the accounts are updated, Renter Insight will NOT display the new number under bank accounts, but all deposits will go to the new account in Zego.
