Clone Announcements

If you would like to use a previously sent announcement, you can easily clone, edit and send the announcement again.

Clone Announcement

1. Select Communication on the left sidebar and then select Announcements

1. From the 3 dot menu, choose Clone
   

1. You can now edit the content, recipients, delivery time & method

Select Recipients

1. You can Select All Properties, Specific Properties or Choose Specific Residents to send
   




1. Click Save Recipients
   


1. Click Queue to Send
   




1. Your message will now be sent immediately or on your scheduled date/time
