Dashboard (Portfolio)

The portfolio dashboard provides you with a snapshot of your properties and summarizes property information so you can
quickly take action and operate more efficiently. 

All dashboard tiles are active and you can drill into each tile to see the supporting data.


Rent Growth

Displays the Year over Year Growth in Rent for all properties.

Rent Collected

Amount billed vs. amount collected for prior month.

Occupancy

Displays the percentage of occupied units.

Messages

Previews most recent messages and count of unread messages.

Maintenance

Previews most recent open maintenance requests and count of unread requests.

Applications/Leads

  1. Applications
    1. Applicants tab displays the most recent applicants and their status in the application process. 
  2. Leads
    1. Leads Tab shows you leads that were created by using the Contact Us from your Active Listings.

Leases

  1. Expiring
    1. Displays the leases that are expiring the next 90 days.
  2. Move-ins
    1. Displays the leases that have residents moving in.
  3. Move-Outs
    1. Displays the leases that are expired and need to be move-out of Renter Insight.

Leases Expiring

Displays the leases expiring in the next 90 days broken into 30 day increments.

Listings

Displays the count of listings for Vacant and Occupied Units.

Rent Collected

Displays Rent Collected vs. Rent Billed.

Outstanding Balances

Displays Current Residents with Past Due Balances.

Occupancy

Displays Occupancy, Vacant Leased and Vacant Unit makeup.

Income Vs. Expenses

Displays Income vs. Expenses in Renter Insight.
