Loan Management


Learn how to create a resident loan, track and view loan details.
  1. On the left sidebar, select Properties>Residents>Choose Resident


  1. Click Add Charge +


  1. From the Type Drop Down, choose Loan 

  1. The loan modal will open up.
    1. Enter your loan terms, view the Amortization Table and click Save to Add the loan Charges
      to your resident ledger.

  1. You and your resident will now have a New Loan Tracking Tile



Reports

      Balance Sheet

  1. Your loan is now added to your Balance Sheet and will remain until it's closed

  Income Statement

  1. Loan Interest Income is visible on Income Statement

  Loan Summary

  1. Loan Summary report provides details of all Active Loans
