Make Payment on Bahalf of Resident
Make Payment for Resident with Credit Card, Debit Card or ACH
As a Landlord, you can make a payment for rent for charges using a resident Credit Card or ACH.
You would only do this if you have consent to make this payment
- Select Financial>Payments on the left sidebar
- Select Payments>Make Credit Card or ACH Payments
- Click Make Payment
Choose Payment Method
Existing or New Credit Card, Debit Card or Checking Account
Choose Payment Frequency
Enter Payment Amount
Click Next
You can now view the payment on Recent Activity and on the Resident Ledger
- Resident will receive an email receipt for the payment
