Create New Rental Application Request

Learn how to create and send an electronic Application to your applicants

Select Leasing>Applications on the left sidebar

Click on the Request New Application + button

1. Select property and unit and enter applicant information.  You can enter up to
   four applicants, each one will receive their own application to complete at the
   emails you enter

1. Enter Send Application Request.  The applicant will receive an email and text
   (if cell phone entered) to complete the application

1. You can now view the sent applications listed under Applications
   

1. Applicant receives an email invitation to complete application
   

1. Applicant completes application
   

2. Applicant Agrees to Terms
   

3. Note: If you charge an application fee, a resident would be prompted to pay
   this to complete the application
   

1. Applicant is Done and now has limited access to the resident portal
   
1. Applicant can send only messages to the property, or update Contact Info
   

1. Property manager is notified by email that the application is complete and can
   view the results
   

1. Click View Application to view completed application
   

1. Click the Print Icon next to Screening Complete to view the Completed Application
