Turn off Resident Payments
Learn how to block a resident from making payments in the resident portal.
Find Resident
- Select Properties>Residents on the left sidebar
- Click on the Resident's Name
Resident Portal Tile
- From the resident Portal Tile, Click Turn Off Payments
- You can Turn Payments back on by clicking the same button
