Turn off Resident Payments

Learn how to block a resident from making payments in the resident portal. 

Find Resident

  1. Select Properties>Residents on the left sidebar
  2. Click on the Resident's Name


Resident Portal Tile

  1. From the resident Portal Tile, Click Turn Off Payments

    1. You can Turn Payments back on by clicking the same button
