Void Payments & Delete Bill

Void Payments

You can void payments that were recorded in Accounting

1. On the left sidebar, select Accounting>Billing
   

2. Click View Paid Bills
   

1. Click Void Payment for the payment you wish to void
   

1. Confirm you wish to Void the Payment
   

1. The payment is now voided
   
2. The Bill will revert back to an unpaid status and you can make a
   new payment or delete the bill
   

Delete Bill

1. To delete a bill, click on the Red Description Link to open the bill
   

1. Click Delete
   

1. Confirm Delete
   

1. The Bill is now deleted
