Create New Screening Request

Note:  There are two ways to create a Screening Request.  You can create one through
Applications, and also through Screening.  If you are configured for screening, these both
function identically.


  • Select Leasing>Applications on the left sidebar
  • Click on the Request New Screening+ button

    1. Select property and unit and enter applicant information.  You can enter up to
      four applicants, each one will receive their own application to complete at the
      emails you enter.
    2. Note:  If the selected property is configured for Resident Screening, you will be
      prompted to select who will pay for the screening reports, either the renter, or
      you, the property manager.  You set defaults for who will pay in Screening Settings


    1. Enter Send Application Request.  The applicant will receive an email and text
      (if cell phone entered) to complete the application

    1. You can now view the sent application with the status under
      Applications


    1. Applicant receives an email invitation


    1. Applicant completes application



    1. Applicant Agrees to Terms & Screening



    1. Applicant verifies identity


    1. Applicant pays for screening (this was who was selected to pay in this example)


    1. Applicant is Done


    1. Property manager is notified by email that the application is complete and can
      view screening results


    1. Click View Results to view completed application and screening reports


    1. Click the Print Icon next to Screening Complete to view the Completed Application
