Screening Must be Set to Required in Application Settings for Screening to be active

1. Select Settings on the left sidebar
   
2. Note: The default is to edit the Company Default Settings, you can select Property Level Settings if
   you would like to edit settings for individual properties
   
3. Click Screening
   

1. You can now edit your Screening Settings
   

2. Social Security Number (SSN):  SSN is required for Renter Insight to return screening reports.
   
1.   If you do not require an SSN and an applicant does not enter an SSN, we can only return an
     Application to your property

3. Billing:  Elect who will pay for the Screening Reports, the Landlord or Applicant
   

1. Applicant:  If Applicant pays, the default package is Renter Insight Premium
   
2. Landlord: If Landlord pays, you must select your default package
   

1. Ask Landlord Each Time:  Property users will be prompted to decide who pays and for which
   package each time they create an application
