Create User Roles

User Roles allow you to set up different types of access to Renter Insight depending on your
individual user job or function.

Example:  Limit maintenance workers access to only maintenance tickets, or limit a property
manager's role to only the properties they manage.
  1. Select Users > Roles on the left sidebar
  1. Click on Add User Role

  1. Name the new Role and select the access you want new users with this Role to have.
  2. Select if you want the user to receive emails notifications for each section.
  3. Note: If you selected "Only access to specific properties", you will be able to select the properties
    when you add the user.
  1. The next step is to add users for the Role you have created.
