Refund Resident Payment


Learn how to refund a Resident Payment that was made by Credit Card or ACH

Find Resident

  1. Select Properties>Residents on the left sidebar
  2. Click on the Resident's Name


View Ledger

  1. Click on Ledger

  1. You can view all Ledger Details and
    1. Note: only payments made by Credit Card or ACH can be refunded
    2. Refunds must be made within 60 days


  1. Confirm or Cancel Refund

  1. You can view the refunded payment on the ledger an updated Ledger Balance
