Add New Property

Adding new Property

To start using any Renter Insight product, you must first add a property and unit. 

1. Select Properties on the left sidebar
   

1. Click on the Add Property + button
   

1. Add Property & Unit information.  You can add as many units to each unit as
   you need.  You are also able to additional units at a later time
2. Click Save Property
   

1. Congratulations, you have just added your first property.
   

Adding Bank Account to New Property

1. If you are currently active for Rent Payments, you will be prompted to add a bank account number
   and routing number to the newly added property.
   

1. You can populate the existing account that is set at your company level by clicking Populate
   with Company Bank Account or enter a new account.
   

1. Once you click save, your property and bank account is now active.
   
2. You can now add existing residents, or invite applicants to apply.
