Adding Multiple Existing Properties & Units by Spreadsheet

Once you have added properties, you can add residents to the newly added properties.
If you would like to add more than 10 properties at once, you can do this using a simple spreadsheet. 

Properties must be added prior to adding residents.

1. Select Properties on the left sidebar
2. Click on the Add Property+ button
   

1. Choose Individual, or File Upload if you need to upload more then 10 properties
   

1. Select the Add Property Template
   
2. You can also choose the  Add Resident Template if you need to add
   multiple residents to your newly added properties
   

1. Please Input Property Name and Unit Numbers along with all highlighted headers
   
2. Return Property & Resident Enrollment Forms to support@renterinsight.com
   
3. Residents will be uploaded within 24 business hours
   
4. All residents will be invited to the Renter Insight Resident Portal where they can
   pay rent, submit maintenance requests and communicate with the property
