Creating a New Announcements

Announcements allow you create a message that you can send to all or select properties and residents at once.  Announcements can be sent by email, chat (resident portal), text, or all of the above.

Creating a new Announcement

  1. Select Communication on the left sidebar and then select Announcements
  2. Click New Announcement


  1. Add your Subject, Message, delivery method and schedule, add attachments
  2. Click Continue to Select Residents


Select Recipients

  1. You can Select All Properties, Specific Properties or Choose Specific Residents to send


  1. Click Save Recipients

  1. Click Queue to Send


  1. Your message will now be sent immediately or on your scheduled date/time
