Creating a New Message

All communication methods can be used in the communication center including Email, Chat and Text.

  1. Select Communication on the left sidebar
  2. Click New Message

  1. Select the Property and Resident to send message to
  2. Select the methods, email, chat, text
  3. Type message and click Send


  1. Your recipient will receive an email, text and chat message in their resident portal with
    your message.  They can reply directly from any of the messages they received



  1. Your messages are all received in one central inbox.  This includes email, chat and text
  2. Additional resident details are listed on the right sidebar. 
    1. Lease terms, rent, address, last payment amount and co-resident names
